Stella is an Entrepreneur, Actress, and Startup Advisor, with studies in business, acting, and design with a master's in digital product management. She specializes in the creative industries in LATAM and has spent the last 10 years researching ways to democratize job opportunities for artists.
Aguirre is the founder of Audiciones Latinas; the biggest marketplace in LATAM. The platform is also a SaaS for artists related on Music, Film, TV, and Theater. The platform allows you to create online auditions and find the ideal talent in seconds. She has been awarded by a grant from the National Institute of Entrepreneurship of a high-social impact project. Stella has been selected by several accelerations programs such as; The Center for creative economy in NC, Latitud (SF), NUMA (NY), Victoria 147 (Mexico), and Inter-American Development Bank (Washington). She is also the founder of Audiciones Latinas Academy; Edtech for artists in LATAM. Recently she is getting involved in theater production in Mexico. In consulting for companies such as the University of Nebraska and small and medium-sized businesses. She is also familiarizated with 4 years of experience in Real State.
